Release: 9th April 2013

Findcourses.co.uk
will exhibit its range of dedicated services and promote Learning at Work Day
at the 2013 edition of the CIPD HRD event in London

In just over two weeks’ time, on 24th-25th
April 2013, Findcourses.co.uk will exhibit at the CIPD HRD Conference & Exhibition in London, the biggest event
in the UK dedicated to HR and Learning and Development professionals.
The event consists of two parts, the first of which is a two-day Exhibition
that will showcase over 100 training
suppliers
and a range of tailored services
and products geared towards solving HR and development challenges
in areas such as coaching, training, learning evaluation and talent management.
The Conference portion will instead give participants the opportunity to attend
more than 30 seminars led by best-practice organisations for useful tips,
advice and tools on a number of topics related to workplace learning and development.

As the UK’s leading
search engine
for Professional
Development courses
, Findcourses.co.uk is dedicated to helping training
buyers, namely HR Managers and L&D professionals, find the right training solutions for their needs.
Through its partnerships with The Independent and the London
Evening Standard
, it reaches a growing
number of users and aims to make the
buying process as streamlined and cost-effective for them as possible.

This goal is supported by a range of strategic services offered by the
company in addition to its advanced search engine for professional courses, all
of which will be presented at the Exhibition. Primary among these is a
personalised Training
Quotes Service
, which facilitates the buying process by allowing users
to contact Findcourses.co.uk advisers with
their training needs, and then receive
detailed, relevant quotes from the
training providers that meet their needs. This allows training buyers to save time, and in many cases also to reduce costs, by having a single point
of contact that deals with a number of providers on their behalf.
Another growing focus is FindCourses
PRO
– a customised training
portal
solution developed ad hoc for clients that want to reduce the costs associated with purchasing training by centralising the buying process. It allows companies to maintain
flexibility in terms of providers while greatly reducing complexity,
particularly for large international
companies
such as those already using the product including Volvo, Swedish
Match, Henkel, Axel Johnson International and Skandia.

In addition, Findcourses.co.uk will be promoting its
involvement in the 2013 edition of Learning
at Work (LAW)
Day scheduled for
23rd May, which will revolve around the theme ‘Many Ways to Learn!’.  For
the second year running, Findcourses.co.uk will be working in partnership with
the Campaign for Learning to raise
awareness of the initiative and support workplace learning with a dedicated match-making
service
, which will put organisations looking to organise LAW Day event
in contact with training providers willing to offer their services. Interested
companies and providers will be able to leave their contact details directly at
the Findcourses.co.uk stand.

The entire Findcourses.co.uk
team
will be available throughout the two days of the Exhibition at Stand 509 to offer visitors more information on all of these services
and initiatives, as well advice on
sourcing training providers and
insights into current training industry
trends
.

Findcourses.co.uk
publishes an annual Training
Barometer
that provides an overall analysis of the developments seen on the
market during the previous year as well as an outlook for the future.
